Regional Manager - Business Development & Marketing

Hooker Cockram is a management owned, multi-national integrated Construction Services business founded by Thomas Cockram in 1861 in Melbourne, Australia.

To support our regional expansion within North America, we are seeking a Regional Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position will be for business development, marketing, and operations for the West Coast region; to be based in the West Coast.  The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, with specific hands on experience in the Pharmaceutical-Biotech and Health Care Sector.  It is an advantage if this experience is principally within the San Francisco area.

The role will require a high level of autonomy, and the ability to provide a broad response to business needs.  The candidate will need to have strong presentation skills and a strong existing industry network of contacts.

Any of the following qualifications would be an advantage:

A qualified Professional Engineer (PE)LEED certification professionalPMI professionalHold a current GC license from the Contractors State License Board (CSLB)
