Regional Sales Manager

Currently we are looking for an Inside Sales Regional Manger to lead a call center team at our San Antonio location .   50k base--all in about 60-70k a year +++ GREAT benefits.

 

The Inside Sales Regional Manager will be responsible for:

  Leading a team of 12 Inside Sales Reps within a sales call center environment. Manage the day to day activities of the Inside Sales Reps Generate and increase sales within assigned territories.   Maintain and support teamwork oriented culture.   Develop and track team and individual goals. Hire, train, assess performance, conduct coaching, and deliver feedback to all direct reports on regular basis.   Implement innovative and effective behavior driven sales techniques.   Work with key department heads to facilitate and implement policies and procedures. Develop strong product knowledge and understanding of competition. Sit on various task forces to ensure growth and maturity of the company. Miscellaneous administration, reporting, and paperwork as required by superiors

  Qualifications: BA/BS degree from four year college or university 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales management / leadership role.   1 or more years experience in a call center environment. Must have an ability to drive sales results in a highly team oriented environment.   Ability to coach associates on a using from an individual perspective through the use of a development plan.   Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must have Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be outgoing, self directed, and detail oriented. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint
