Regional Sales Manager –Advanced Visualization

Apply your exceptional combination of “hunter” and consultative sales skills to the presentation of innovative, state-of-the-art visualization products and solutions within the advanced medical imaging community. Your charter will be to build and handle all sales activities, from lead generation to close in your assigned territory. You will develop and implement a marketing and sales plan which will focuses on the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company’s vision and values.
Ziosoft (www.ziosoftinc.com) is the market leader in Japan for 3D medical workstations. More than 800 hospitals in Japan use Ziosoft systems for 3D analysis of MRI and CT scans, with more clients upgrading to Ziosoft solutions every week. Our growing company is a profitable pre-IPO company developing state-of-the-art 3D volumetric processing and visualization technologies. We are assembling an elite team as part of an expansion into the USA marketplace.
Job Description and skills:
Responsible for the sale of advanced visualization solutions tailored exclusively to the hospital and diagnostic imaging center market.
Your activities include:
· Apply technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above to prospective customers and partners.
· Develop annual business plans in conjunction with the Sales Manager or VP of Sales which details activities achieve/exceed quota
· Multi-level selling within the healthcare network in order to reach the critical decision makers.
· Knowledge of competitive offerings to take market share from larger competitors.
· Consultative selling of the various solutions the company offers.
· Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on pre-determined hospitals and DIC’s, direct mail, email, and networking.
· Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospect’s business problems, the effects of the problems, and the proposed solution.
· Responsible for sourcing and developing customer relationships and referrals.
· Identify and build an effective Centers of Influence Network within the installed base in order to leverage new sales.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Salesforce.com.
· Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients both pre and post installation.
Required skills:
· Minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience in the PACS, advanced visualization, CT, MRI, or equivalent segments of the healthcare industry.
· Experience with healthcare software solutions and complex healthcare organizations.
· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
· Willingness to travel and work in the designated territory.
· Proven track record of accomplishments, promotions, quota attainment, territory development.
Education:
BS/BA Degree.
