Regional Sales Operations Analyst Work Location: Thorofare, NJShifts: Not ApplicablePositions Available: 1Position Summary Under general direction of the Regional Sales Operations Director, conducts sales and marketing analysis and reporting in support of Regional marketing and sales force effectiveness strategies. Supports the design, standardization, and automation of professional customer presentations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for designing and standardizing customer reports. Works with sales team to create new analyses and intellectual capital for customer reports. Coordinates with Business Operations department in automation of report queries. Supports development of customer Quarterly Business Review analysis and presentation materials. Works closely with Business Operations on the execution of the strategic account customer report needs. Responsible for generating and analyzing reports such as month end, ad hoc, rebate, customer analysis, customer compliance, sales performance and administration reports Requires the utilization of multiple systems and the consolidation of data from various sources to support the development of strategic sales and marketing strategy. Utilizes current technology to process and build reporting efficiencies. supporting the development of strategic plans,and marketing strategy Analyzes and reports on sales performance, including pipeline reports, Win/Loss reports, sales coverage analysis, market share and prospecting data, customer contract compliance analysis, and related reports. Conducts data analysis and data research; ensures accuracy of data being reported. Supports special projects for the Regional sales organization. Performs related duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer science or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Normally requires two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years programming experience in the following areas: Java, SQL, C++, and Visual Basic. Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements Proven track record of advanced sales and customer analysis and presentations Superior analytical skills relative to financial modeling; fluent in profitability calculations Excellent organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Excellent integration, implementation and management skills Excellent interpersonal skills Expert level knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Access required with working knowledge of Visual Basic and SQL a plus.
