Registered Nurse / Customer Advocate -Casual Part Time - (Job Number: 0805360) DescriptionEthicon Endo- Surgery, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Casual Part Time Registered Nurse/Customer Advocate located in Cincinnati, OH. The Customer Advocate will be responsible for: Handling shared service customer support calls - pertaining to a variety of EES & J&J products & services accessed through the toll-free lines or through other appropriate communications such as faxes, e-mails, internal calls, & letters. Ensuring 24/7 support for worldwide EES, J&J, & other customers who require immediate access to a healthcare professional to resolve product and procedure issues for both disposable & capital products. Act as a product specialist for a minimum of 1 product line & may participate in R&D, Marketing, Franchise Development, and customer training activities where the clinical / technical expertise of a healthcare professional is required. Duties will also include collection & reporting of metrics related to call handling, performance, & Process Excellence. Investigate customer issues & determine appropriate course of action. This position is 19.5 hours per work, and does not require nights or weekends! Successful candidate must possess an unrestricted Nursing License. Baccalaureate degree, or actively pursuing such a degree, with a medical, technical or business focus is preferred. Three years of recent applicable experience within a healthcare environment or medical call center is required. Be able to appropriately apply core knowledge skill sets such as Critical Care / OR nursing, Medical Surgical, or event triage, etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as solid organizational and time management abilities are required. The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office of products is preferred. Apply Now
