We have an immediate need for a Research Associate II, who will be responsible for research and development in collaboration with others on projects.The right candidate must be detail oriented with proven abilities to plan and execute experiments.  The Research Associate II will work mainly in the lab under limited supervision executing experiments and process validation and verification studies.  Core functions will focus on assay optimization.  The right candidate must be able to communicate scientific results in writing and verbally.

 

Requirements

B.S. degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or chemistry with at least 4 years hands-on experience or M.S. degree with at least 2 years hands-on experience in the biotechnology or diagnostic industry.

Technical working knowledge in protein chemistry, reagent formulation and process development and optimization.
