Research Technician II

Georgia Campus - Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Department Basic Science, seeks a full time Research Assistant. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting faculty in research and other scholarly activity. This position provides basic support for institutional research. Under the direction of a PCOM faculty member, the individual prepares solutions, performs general lab maintenance; monitors lab supplies; prepares experimental components; execute experiments and maintain records. The minimum level of formal education required for this position is a scientific Bachelor degree.  Experience in cell and molecular biology techniques is strongly preferred. A minimum of 2 previous years of lab experience is required.
