There is no better time to join us!   As an Intermediate Resource Management Associate, you will be responsible for scheduling all phases of toxicology, chemistry and clinical studies, as well as interpreting study designs for pertinent requirements and reviewing amendments that affect schedule and resource allocation.  You will also participate in the development and refinement of scheduling process to accommodate tremendous growth.  Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining supply chain planning procedures, working with business units to develop/implement workload and capacity tracking processes, and working with IT services to build reports and to provide input on the scheduling tool.  The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications: B.S./B.A. degree in Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, Project Management, Scientific Research, Materials/Logistics Management, or Engineering.  5-8 Years’ direct/related experience may be substituted for education. 3-4 Years’ related experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/CRO/hospital scheduling. Familiarity with Life Science/Contract Service or similar business and general operating procedures a plus. Strengths in Scheduling, Capacity Management, Resource Planning and Forecasting. APICS certification a plus.
