Preferred experience in Life Sciences industries (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Medical Products, Biotech) Minimum of 8+ years overall IT experience with a least 5 years applications analysis and software development, design, support experience is required, preferably within ERP package systems Minimum of 2 years SAP functional experience in purchasing Minimum of 3 years of SAP MM configuration experience Minimum of 2 years experience with Purchase-to-Pay processes including requisitioning, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice receipt, accounts payable, and master data maintenance is required Minimum of 2 years experience with purchasing processes including direct and indirect purchasing, plant interfaces to SAP (including SAP AP problem resolution for 3-way match issues) is required Minimum of 1 full-cycle implementation of SAP is requiredExcellent analytic and problem solving skills Strong technical background Good communication (written and verbal) skills Ability to maintain good project management practices (standard SDLC methodology) and plan effective and efficient use of time and skills Knowledge of and ability to debug ABAP is a plus Experience with SAP 4.6c or later Experience with any of the following SAP functional areas: MM, FI-AP, BW is desired Demonstrated ability to work within a project team environment is required Effective oral and written communication skillsProven project management skills (SDLC methodology)Hospira offers an agile, yet balanced work culture and the types of compensation and benefits you'd expect from an industry leader.
