The portfolio includes heritage brands JOHNSON'S Baby and BAND-AID Brand, as well as leading skin care brands such as AVEENO and CLEAN & CLEAR.The SAP MDM Program Manager is a strategic demand role focused on the development and implementation of key global & market specific master data management areas for the consumer sector. The manager will be expected to learn and grasp the business dynamics and requirements of multiple mega-processes (e.g. Forecast-to-Stock, Customer-to-Cash, Purchasing etc.) and data domain areas (e.g. customer, product). The manager is a cross-functional team player that will need to work effectively with the industry, business, technical IT and key external partners to identify, define and drive the implementation of agreed upon SAP MDM or SAP MDM-GDS functionality. They are responsible for managing the program schedule, budget, risks, communication, requirements, design and development of the MDM roadmap strategy as well as managing a team.The role requires execution capability in all facets of project management and software development lifecycle phases. Ensure customer expectations are met.This individual will lead, develop & support the creation of pertinent Global Data Management roadmaps for key consumer business processes & initiatives. The candidate will lead and develop the SAP MDM roadmap including MDM-GDS activities while providing coaching & ongoing support for the Rochade program.This role includes the demands for global projects. This includes all activities up to hand off to Supply functions as well as the ownership & oversight of the global project through implementation including SAP MDM for global customer data warehouseThe SAP MDM Program Manager will use the IT operating model to drive clarity and usage throughout Enterprise Architecture as well as with our partners. Develop material for IT operating model effectiveness within Enterprise Architecture and conduct workshops with Enterprise Architecture staff to ensure model is well understood.The manager will use follow-up activity to gauge compliance of model and adherence to principles.The SAP MDM Program Manager will ensure usage of the RASCI diagram for SAP MDM Demand & Supply roles are used and maintained. The manager will engage Global Services Delivery to create resource capability for SAP MDM-GDS.The SAP MDM Program Manager will embrace & support the consumer portfolio responsibilities include SDLC Accountability, Project Management, and Fiscal Accountability . The qualified candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 6 years business or IT experience is required. Work experience supporting Supply Chain, Sales, and/or Finance is required. Experience implementing and supporting SAP is required. Experience implementing and supporting SAP MDM is preferred. Project Management experience is required. People management is preferred. Knowledge of industry trends (e.g. SOA) and techniques related to data management is preferred. Exposure to data governance, stewardship, and cleansing methodologies is preferred. Knowledge of CSV, Part 11, SOX, SDLC methodologies, PE/Six Sigma is preferred. Experience in demand/supply IT operating models is preferred.
