Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Company: Campbell Alliance SENIOR MANAGER - SALES ANALYST Campbell Alliance is one of the nation's fastest-growing management consulting firms, providing specialized consulting services to the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.  We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Sales Analyst. This individual will join Campbell Alliance’s Marketing department and report to the Vice President of Marketing.The Senior Manager, Sales Analyst will lead programs to help Campbell Alliance consultants more effectively penetrate accounts and to facilitate more effective collaboration among practice teams to better meet clients’ needs.  Appropriate candidates will be analytical in thought and have excellent organizational skills. The ability to manage projects or large work streams, and a demonstrated willingness to take ownership of work is required. Initially, this individual will manage one direct report and lead programs that §Help Campbell Alliance’s practice teams identify and target new accounts, as well as develop and implement account action plans§Develop and manage systems and processes to help consultants build, maintain, and leverage their personal networks to generate business opportunities§Facilitate regular communication among Campbell Alliance’s practice teams to promote the identification of cross-selling opportunities§Create incentives for consulting team members to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities§Provide support to the consulting teams regarding RFP responses and ad hoc requests for assistance The ideal candidate must §Have at least three years of experience in marketing, sales, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented company related to pharmaceuticals or healthcare or in a pharmaceutical or biotech company§Be willing to travel within the US 18 to 24 times per year, with the possibility of international travel on an infrequent basis§Be able to effectively lead and facilitate planning meetings§Demonstrate excellent attention to detail§Have a demonstrated ability to think and act in a process-oriented, systematic way Excellent writing skills and familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry are absolutely essential.  Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Campbell Alliance offers a competitive compensation package, including excellent salary and benefits, a performance bonus, 401(k) plan, and health, dental, and vision insurance.TO APPLY:  Please send your resume to jobs@campbellalliance.com .  IMPORTANT:  To be considered, you must also complete Campbell Alliance's candidate questionnaire, listed on the 'Careers' page of the company Web site at http://www.campbellalliance.com/.
