SENIOR PROCESS/PROJECT ENGINEER- FILTRATION GURU!

The successful candidate will directly interface with customers at all levels during the following integration stages: first contact, demonstration, specification review & creation, estimating, proposal creation, design, manufacturing, FAT, IQ/OQ, and SAT.  They are a rapidly growing company with as fast paced environment! Requirements:- Process equipment design experience in the biopharmaceutical area- Experience with fluid handling design and calculation, (pressure drop, flow, sheer, etc.)- Prior experience with equipment and process integration (systems, and vessels)- Working knowledge of FDA requirements, the cGMP standard, and ASME-BPE- Experience with customer interaction- Experience with steam calculations a plus.- Strong understanding of engineering design principles and practices as defined in Machinery’s Handbook.  - AutoCAD or ProE experience a plus- Must be a self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work with little or no supervision- Team player, great communication skills, open and honest.- Prior experience in an ISO-9000 environment with the ability to thrive in a controlled change environment is desired. - 0-25% travel required Responsibilities:- Primary technical liaison with end-user or third party integrators during the entire product conversion cycle. - Will facilitate and maintain design standards for the biopharmaceutical product line, (interfacing with the internal knowledge base to ensure controlled change)- System and process design responsibility for the biopharmaceutical product line- Establishes and creates BOM standards, component types & specifications Education:10 years experience minimum.
