SVP, Director of Call Center Operations

We are a technology company that is developing products for the senior care sensor market. This company was funded within the last two years to design, develop, manufacture and market a one-of-a-kind patented series of wireless, remote, sensor devices, directly to the consumer, through hospital-channels and to other sensor design companies. The product will be focused on the care-giver market, with an application for the senior community and/or the home-bound, sick and disabled. Our Board consists of individuals of National and Global prominence and we seek to find an individual with significant Call Center Operations experience. The product will be sold direct, to consumer, internet, environment, direct sales in captive market groups, and through Hospital referrals.

 

Job Description

 

This is an Executive level position for a National roll out.

 

The applicant must be experienced in the hiring and contracting of Call Center Services with a US owned/Manila based 24 hour nurse staffed hotline.  The Call Center staff will need to be trained/managed 24/7 on location by the staff you hire and train.

  

This individual will be responsible for the on-going training and development of the Call Center staff. Previous call center management experience is required. Proven results required. Proven ability to build relationships required. A broad understanding of biosensor systems, as well as, an understanding of the health care environment is preferred.

 

Duties Include

 

(i) Expertise in establishing and contracting with a third party Call Center provider;

 

(ii) The training of Call Center personnel;

 

(iii) Responsible for the telecommunications hook up between our National carrier and Call Center;

 

(iv) Expertise in working with our IT Dev team to incorporate all requirements of the Call Center into our hardware/software designs;

 

 

Requirements

 

3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive of a Call Center.

 

A college degree in business or marketing is a minimum requirement. An MBA in Marketing or related technologies is preferred.
