Sales Administration Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Administration Specialist to join our team in Mount Olive, NJ!

Summary:  Provide second level customer support for customers within assigned customers group(s) by effectively maintaining and servicing accounts.  Functioning as liaison of internal and external customers. 

 

Job Duties:

·  Set up Standing Orders in accordance with set procedures.

·  Generate Sales Orders for STOs daily.

·  Handling Standing Order changes and early releases.

·  Set up sequestering in accordance with set procedures.

·  Work with Account Managers on disposition on old sequester versus new sequesters.

·  Compile re-forecast information for use by Sales Administration Coordinator.

·  Maintain contracts for instrument purchases through lease and rentals and enforces all terms and conditions of the existing contract.

·  Implement contract changes and renewals as approved by the Finance Department.

·  Review Special Ordering needs with Supply Chain

·  Maintain pricing files as requested.

·  Alert warehouse of any special delivery requests.

·  Issue Return Authorizations and conducts follow-up per set instructions.

·  Receive and follow up on customer inquiries.

·  Act as back up for Sales Administration Representatives performing all related duties.

 

Skills:Strong personal computer skills, including knowledge of Order Entry Software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated typing/keyboard skillsManages difficult or emotional customer situationsDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

Education & Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentTwo to three years customer service experience One year Stago experience preferred
