The Sales Operations team provides analytical, systems, and process support to Sr. Management and the Sales and Marketing functions. In this capacity, the Sales Analyst will interact with various levels of the Sales Organization, Managed Care Sales Team, Marketing Franchise Teams and the Finance team. The Sales Analyst will perform sales analysis with varying degrees of complexity such as Price Modeling, ROI evaluations, Sales Trending and Gap Analysis using internal and external data sources. The Sales Analyst will support and maintain the territory alignment process and may be involved in compensation plan development, forecasting and territory plan assignment. The Sales Analyst will publish various metrics, KPI’s, and dashboards for senior management. The Sales Analyst will support all Sales Force Automation activities including the use of Siebel CRM and Cognos 8.3 including Report Studio and Analysis Studio. Basic Qualifications:BA/BS in Business or Finance4-6 years working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Applications4 years working in a Sales or Financial Analyst Capacity2 years working with a Field Sales Organization1-2 years working with Siebel CRM or similar application1-2 years working with Cognos Business Intelligence applications (Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Impromptu, and PowerPlay) or similar application.The ability to travel less than 10%Preferred Qualifications:2 years experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environmentUnderstanding and experience in working with CPT codes, margins, and pricing informationExperience using Cognos 8.3 Report Studio and Analysis Studio Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Ability to manage priorities and manage several assignments at once.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence key decision makers at various levels of the organization.1-2 years using Microsoft Map Point or other Mapping Software.Additional Information:Travel Percentage: 10%
