Sales Manager, Life Sciences

HighRes Biosolutions is a fast growing company based in Woburn, MA that develops novel products for the life science community. We design and fabricate robotic systems, instruments and consumables for an impressive list of customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated business professional with strong sales and marketing experience selling large systems, and having established contacts, within the life science field.

Based in our corporate offices in Woburn, Mass., the successful candidate will be responsible for sales in the Northeast and will capably and enthusiastically;

1) Manage customers and the sales process through the entire sales cycle

2) Maintain and grow existing customer base

3) Drive sales from new customers

4) Meet or exceed revenue goals while controlling expenses

5) Produce ongoing market and sales information reports on a timely basis

6) Contribute to the evaluation and development of sales strategy and performance

Requirements for this position include;
1) Minimum of BS/BA
2) 5+ years of sales experience with expertise selling in the life science field
3) Strong management and communications skills with ability to interact and execute sales and account management on all levels

4) Proven project management skills and ability to take care of details

5) Ability to be a technical expert in regard to complex robotic systems

6) Strong computer skills 

7) Ability to travel as needed
