We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our team in Parsippany, NJ!

Summary:  Designs, develops, and assists the Director of Sales & Marketing and others with projects related to market and data analysis, interpretation, and utilization.

 

Job Duties:

·  Leads the collection & analysis of sales and market data.  Develops reports/charts/graphs for monitoring progress toward business goals and objectives; making recommendations to streamline and improve the matrix/dashboard of data used to monitor the business.  Identifies areas of concern and makes recommendations for corrective actions.

·  Works with Director of Sales & Marketing and CEO in the development of corporate and global presentations related to US goals and objectives, strategy, and resource planning.

·  Works with internal and external consultants in the development of market research reports, competitor data and pricing to that of organization.  Based on findings, makes recommendations to Product Managers and/or management team.

·  Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing and others in Marketing Department in the creation of the annual operating and sales budget.  Gathers, analyzes, and compares data including sales vs. goals, expense budgets, & marketing programs and develops reports/charts/graphs.  Interprets data and information and recommends actions.

·  Lead the DSI effort to build and maintain market intelligence database.  Uses computer to examine, analyze, and compile statistical data.

·  Leads development of Sales and/or Marketing information technology solutions to data and information requirements.  Represents both Sales & Marketing in the development of new CRM solution. 

·  Develop and implementation of market research projects.  Analysis, interpretation and recommendation(s) based on findings.

·  Develops and assists in conducting surveys and focus groups to analyze customer purchasing patterns, preferences, and organization’s image and marketing effectiveness.

·  Researches market conditions and conducts feasibility studies to determine market demand for existing and new products & services. Makes recommendations on identified trends & other observations.

·  Serves as liaison between manufacturer and US based authorities.

·  Strong personal computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, database and contact management systems

Education & Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university

·  Two to three years related experience
