Sales Support Coordinator

BioPharma Scientific, Inc., is a pioneer in the emerging field of combining nutraceuticals with a proprietary pharmaceutical delivery system. BioPharma is a high growth company, located in San Diego, California, and is searching for a full time Sales Support Coordinator to assist in marketing and logistics for its direct response division.

 

Summary of Position

The Sales Support Coordinator will support the direct response division in an administrative capacity and report to the Vice President of Education and Research. We are seeking candidates who would be interested in the future possibility of moving in to a sales and/or marketing role with the company. 

 

Responsibilities Plans and schedules mailings, promotions and tradeshow preparation Assists in the development of various direct response mailings and facilitate the completion of the mailings with the companies operating departments and outside fulfillment businesses.   Works with the Vice President of Education and Sales Development Managers to develop and plan direct response initiatives. Works with internal departments and outside suppliers to develop and produce marketing literature and direct response mailings. Plans and schedules mailings of samples requests and promotional information. Prepares materials needed for participation at trade shows and events and coordinate the packing and shipping of materials to the event location site.

 

Qualifications and Requirements: Be passionate about health and nutrition. Have strong interpersonal skills and work ethic; be highly motivated and goal oriented; work well independently and as a team member.. Be very well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Writing and graphics art experience with a direct response business would be desirable. Have a minimum of two (2) years experience supporting a sales or marketing department in a similar capacity mentioned in the responsibilities above. Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Marketing is preferred.
