Sales Training & Development Manager: Medical/PharmaPrinceton Area Our client, a Central NJ based multi-lined Global Medical Products company is looking for an experienced Sales Learning, Training & Development Manager. The manager will report to the “Director of Selling” and will lead the internal Sales Training Schools, Field Sales Trainer development with a concentration on one major product line/business unit. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to prepare selected sales training programs driven by business and sales force needs and other training projects as assigned. Requirements: R  BA, BS degree in related fieldR  3+ years successful experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or medical product field sales/sales management Field experience of working directly with customers, channel partners, key opinion leaders, technical experts and professional staff as well as broad exposure to the healthcare industry and its competitorsR  2+ years in a field sales training role with proven understanding of the training needs of field personnelR  Proven experience in conducting pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical products sales training classes, seminars or conferences and delivering training programs through various direct and indirect methodologiesR  Demonstrated ability to manage and develop training programs focused on the business needs and work with people to deliver value added results to the organization R  Professional ability to communicate to diverse audiences, manage cross functional project teams at multiple levels within the company R  Experience working closely with other centralized sales support functions including customer service call centers R  This training manager position is based in the client’s Training Center located in their  Princeton Area facilitiesR  Travel is approximately 25 percent R  Candidates should have a profile of high performance, with the desire to obtain greater responsibility in the fields of sales and or marketing Interested?  Email your resume to David Schmitt at David@mriweston.com or call Dave at 954-385-3122 MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
