In this highly important role, you will recruit for local and national accounts for the KSR branch. You will provide business solutions through the hiring of highly qualified Scientific Professionals for contract employees. You will be responsible for carrying out Kelly's hiring process including the development, implementation, and management of recruitment strategies, processes and procedures. This position maintains and establishes customer relationships through employee placement, quality checks, sales and service calls. The individual in this position must have the ability to take a team-oriented approach on working with recruiters, sales and service managers, follow all quality procedures and processes as set forth by the branch manager and corporate quality department, develop effective personal time and stress management skills, follow PMP program as set by the account manager, be responsible for complying with Kelly's standard operating procedures and provide employee services functions.The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS science-related area. 2 years experience in a laboratory setting and 2+ years experience in recruiting. Experience in developing, implementing and managing recruitment strategies, processes and procedures. To be successful you must be a strategic thinker with the ability to see the "big" picture and think outside the box. You must have strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer satisfaction skills. We hire people who are self-starters with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. It is important that you are proficient in relationship building, oral and written communications, time management, and problem solving. The ability to work within a "team" approach is essential.
