For more information, please log onto our company website at www.stiefel.com Scientist III JOB SUMMARY: Primary role of the Development Scientist III/IV is to recognize, develop and implement new technologies and formulations supporting the drug product development process to fulfill Stiefel and all regulatory requirements.  Serve as technical expert for CMC teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ?  Serve as technical expert for related job area for all areas of Stiefel and it?s associated partners?  Participate on CMC teams as formulation developemt representative to facilitate team activities and achievement of goals?  Develop new solid & semi-solid formulations in support of project initiatives?  Recognize potential process/product improvements, recommend associated actions, and develop and implement appropriate solutions?  Effectively interpret and defend formulation development and reports?  Prepare/review manufacturing instructions  in support of CTM and scale-up activities?  Provide new employee trainingRequirements: QUALIFICATIONS:?  BS degree in chemistry, biochemistry or other life-science field (minimum), advanced degree preferred.?  8-10 years of experience in semi-solids formula development (10+ years for Scientist IV)?  Strong experience with solid and /or semi-solid formula development?  CMC knowledge and experience?  Excellent team and interpersonal skills?  Good communication (verbal and written) skills?  Ability to travel domestic and international?  Ability to work in the United States CANDIDATES SUBMITTED BY RECRUITERS AND STAFFING AGENCIES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.Thank you for your cooperation.Apply Now!
