Our Pharmaceuticals Division is searching for a Senior Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis in Piscataway, NJ who reports to Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

 

Basic Function:

Manage divisional reporting, forecasting, and business performance measurement process to ensure achievement of divisional goals. Lead the data collection and consolidation of the operating & strategic plans. Support corporate finance with data requests. Partner with business unit leaders to improve reporting processes and business controls as well as drive financial results.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis of business development opportunities including modeling of business scenarios.

Lead the annual operating and strategic planning process for the pharmaceutical division. 

Responsible for the preparation of a monthly corporate package including flux and trend analysis as well as meaningful commentary.

Partner with marketing in developing sales forecasts and strategic initiatives.

Provide financial support to the R&D and Administrative departments on financial and accounting topics in order to drive financial results.

 

Requirements:            BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA a plus5-9 years of financial experience. Pharmaceutical experience a plusAbility to interact with various departments across all functional areasStrong communication and organizational skillsAdvanced Microsoft excel, JD Edwards skills a plusHighly motivated individual / self starter
