The Senior Associate Paralegal works closely with the clinical contracting attorneys, and is responsible for paralegal support, drafting and negotiating clinical trial related contracts to execution. The Senior Associate Paralegal will work with internal study teams, as well as external parties to ensure accurate and timely execution of clinical trial related contracts. The Senior Associate Paralegal will be responsible for high volume of work, with short deadlines, rapid resolution of contract requests. The Senior Associate Paralegal will utilize their solid knowledge and understanding of the principles of contracts including drafting and negotiations, to meet client needs.The Senior Associate Paralegal must have have excellent analytical skills, good written and communication skills, be able to handle multiple projects at any given time, work well under tight timelines and with high volume, and be able to prioritize work. The Senior Associate Paralegal should have good research skills. AA or BA in a related field is preferred.Completion of an ABA-approved legal assistant/paralegal program is preferred. 5 years in a paralegal role or law-related work experience is required.
