Senior Brand Manager

Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategies for advertising, packaging, trade and consumer promotions, and operations of your brand. Develop short- and long-term strategies for the success of your brand in a highly competitive marketplace. Identify key issues facing your business and build annual marketing plans to address those issues. Develop and manage product improvement and flanker strategies. Identify big new ideas to drive brand and category growth. Create high-impact promotions, new advertising, new packaging, sales or operational innovation. Set annual volume, profit and share objectives and manage your business to deliver them. Develop and coach, direct reports to execute w/excellence and move up to the next level. Bachelor's degree, an MBA a plus but not required Solid experience in development of strategy for Brand and Brand planning Minimum 18 months as a Brand Manager within CPG industry Proven leadership skills and experience Excellent analytical skills Very strong verbal/written communication skills Experience managing/leading projects to completion
