Position Description:

Key responsibilities for this position, include providing IT support to Industrial Operations quality control and quality operations processes and application technologies. In partnership with the business, analyse their requirements to improve processes and recommend solutions. Implement application solutions (design/configuration/testing/training) and lead internal & external resources. Apply IS methodologies through-out project delivery, while at the same time identify and promote continuous improvement is existing methodologies.Additionally, intermediate or higher level experience in at least two (2) of the following systems & tools is required: 1. Quality Systems - Change Control, Audits, CAPA business processes, etc., 2. Reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, 3. 21 CFR Part 11 & software validation lifecycle documentation, tracking databases. 4. Qualifications:

Under-graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science or related field of study required.3-5 years experience in Manufacturing environments, Application development, process / workflow design and implementation.Experience in pharmaceutical / regulated industries. Ability to develop strong customer relationships.Project management and excellent writing skills.
