Ensure that statistical reporting deliverables will satisfy regulatory requirements, plus be of highest-quality, and prepared in the shortest time to gain regulatory approval and/or meet critical business needs. Contribute to the development of long-term goals and operating policies for the Biostats. and Stat. Reporting organization. Initiate and provide support to the continuous improvement within B&SR plus cross-functionality. Manage 20-30 global associates. Recruit talent, coach/mentor, and provide reports.QualificationsMS or PhD in Stats, Math, Comp Sci or related. 10+ years in drug development supporting clinical trials, incl. 5 years within a leadership role ideally managing a programming group; need strong leadership skills. Demonstrated knowledge of the drug development process. Strong project management skills. Proven ability to pro-actively identify issues, communicate awareness, and recommend plus initiate solutions.
