Senior Director, Business Development – East Coast

 

Position Overview: 

 

Seasoned BD executive to lead East Coast efforts  - will promote cross-divisional opportunities for assigned customers, regionally and globally; will increase market penetration that is measured by an increase in RFP activity and proactive proposal submissions; will establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account; will establish brand recognition; will communicate with internal Project Managers to assess overall level of customer satisfaction and progress of projects;  and will aggressively pursue awareness of competitive activities, positioning and pricing, which includes specific reasons for awards and non-awards.  Additionally, will represent Encorium at trade shows and professional conferences as necessary.

 previous experience in large or medium-size biotech/cro in a position handling BD portfolio and has contributed significantly in achieving revenues quantified success in bringing revenues to a CRO business
