Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing

Directs Managers/Supervisors at the sites and ensures that all Supply Chain management activities are performed on time in support of supply requirements, according to company¡¦s Quality standards and all applicable external requirements.Specific Responsibilities: „X Responsible for al Supply Chain management activities.„X Works with Sales and Marketing and Operations personnel to ensure product will be supplied on time.„X Harmonizes the business practices to allow for efficient automation and defines the strategic direction for implementation and maintenance of these systems.„X Works with third party manufacturer¡¦s to ensure supply needs are met and supply agreements are developed.„X Build world-class supply chain operations in support of all sites.„X Develops, coaches, and trains personnel to ensure that adequate personnel performance is guaranteed.„X Responsible for development of production capacity models and capacity planning for managing the expansion of production activities, either by working with third party manufacturers or recommending the development of production capacity in house.„X Responsible for the Supply chain management at all commercial sites.„X Responsible for strategic sourcing, purchasing, contract negotiation and development.„X Responsible for management of the distribution centers.„X Responsible for project management support for the operations activities.Compliance: „X Ensures that all Supply Chain activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and builds in Quality as a part of the day-today operations.„X Builds world class supply chain systems and improves the infrastructure of the operations in support of future growth.„X Is a key player in a future automation; plans and defines the strategic direction for these activities.
