Senior Financial Analyst

This position will assist with the preparation and publication of external financial and regulatory reporting and stock plan administration. Assists in the preparation and filing of SEC documents – Forms 10K, 10Q, 8-K, Proxy, Registration statements, including annual report financial statements, quarterly financials, and periodic earnings releases.  Acts as back-up in the managing of external financial reporting processes including the generation and analysis of financial statements. Ensures financial statements are in compliance with all GAAP rules.  Requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA and a minimum of 4+ years of experience with a combination of both public and private accounting experience. Also requires advance Excel skills and strong technical skills in accounting theory and operations, including accounting policies, procedures and GAAP.
