Positions include providing financial and accounting leadership in the many of the following areas: sales and marketing, operations, research&development, financial accounting, audit, or licensing and acquisitions. Specific responsibilities can include contract and pricing analysis, new product analysis, promotion effectiveness analysis, expense and capital budgeting, product costing, sourcing decisions, monthly financial accounting transactions, balance sheet and income statement account analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley and controls and compliance, and various other analyses and projects as assigned. The individual will work directly with senior finance management as well as various partners within other business functions. It is expected that the senior analyst will maintain and increase knowledge in the finance discipline as well as the business on an ongoing basis. Throughout their career the individual will be expected to rotate through numerous roles in order to develop the skills necessary to assume increasing levels of responsibility. Positions are located in or near the Fort Washington, West Chester, Malvern, Chesterbrook, Radnor, Exton and Horsham, PA areas. A minimum of a bachelors degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance. A MBA is preferred. A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred. A minimum of three years finance or related business experience is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries as well as public accounting is preferred. Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
