Senior Graphic Designer

 

Job Description:

· Develops leading-edge designs and innovative ideas for client deliverables.

· Creates layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of color, images and fonts.

· Offers conceptual design and production solutions to internal clients based on their strategic and business requirements.

· Manages complex design projects from concept through production.

· Creates interactive presentations using a variety of software tools.

· Utilizes advanced knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues in graphic files for pre-press and printing, linking graphics and fonts, and creating color separations.

· Maintains advanced design skills and a broad knowledge of current design and production techniques.

· Responsible for version control, ensuring correct archiving of all projects.

 

 

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other related field or the equivalent work experience.

· Minimum of 3 - 5 years of graphics design and production experience. 

· Proven experience in managing small and large projects from inception to completion.

· Excellent hands-on production skills.

· Strong digital typography, photography, illustration, color and design.

· Knowledge of digital prepress and printing processes.

· Expert knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Quark Xpress, and PowerPoint. Experience with interactive/multimedia design helpful 

· Strong focus on flexibility, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good follow-up and judgment.  Must be able to prioritize.
