Due to our extended growth, we currently have a need for the following position:Deliver HR programs and supports business strategy and objectives through people management expertise Work at both strategic and tactical level to deliver proactive HR programs in support of business strategy, including talent management programs and support, compensation advice and planning, staffing, selection, employee relations, management consultation & coaching, and organizational design. Develop and maintain understanding of business objectives and operating environment to be able to deliver applicable solutions. Coordinate with other HR colleagues to ensure consistency of process and policy application. Ensure business interests are represented in the design of HR programs.Lead, develop, assist and implement HR projects.Essential FunctionsConsult to client areas on human resource issues of current or future value and impact to business strategy, objectives & deliverables. Develop & maintain working knowledge of clients' business strategies, objectives and key deliverables; Provide HR input & support to the HR strategy plan based on knowledge of client area[s). Identify and developing HR solutions to meet needs of client area[s]. Develop & maintain effective relationships with key contacts in client area both locally and globally maintaining a deep understanding of individual & organizational capabilities.Coordinating with the Specialist areas in HR to provide services i.e. Staffing, Training, HRIS, Leadership Development, Benefits and CompensationProvide HR input & support to the HR strategy plan based on knowledge of client area[s).
