This position is charged with setting strategy, project planning, project development, human resources development, budget management, implementation and management of technology including hardware, software and related service, policies, procedures standards that will assist Eisai’s Sales & Marketing Professionals in their duties.

 







Qualifications:BA or BS degree5 plus years experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing Technology 2 plus years experience staffing management experience3 plus years experience with Business Intelligence software in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing

2 plus years experience with collaborative systems software in the area of Sales & Marketing

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in sales & marketing support processes and implementation

Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff both technical and non-technical

Project Management experience

Staff Management and Development Experience

Budget management experience

3rd Party pharmaceutical data knowledge

Business Intelligence systems knowledge

Change control process knowledge

Systems Development Lifecycle

Strong organizational and analytical skills
