Senior Product Director - (Job Number: 0800684) DescriptionDePuy Spine, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Product Director, located in Raynham, Massachusetts. DePuy Spine facilitates fusion of the spine and correction of spinal deformities, including CHARIT, the first artificial spinal disc.The qualified candidate will assume a Senior Product Marketing role within the Thoracolumbar Marketing Group. Responsibilities include Product Development Strategy, Brand Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Forecasting and Pricing Strategy, Establishing & Managing Key Surgeon Relationships, Sales Force Support, Medical Education Strategy, Trade Show Support and Management/Development of Direct Reports.The Senior Product Director will take on the management of multiple product line development initiatives in addition to providing support of the Expedium Spine System for both Anterior and Posterior Instrumentation. They will also provide strategic direction and leadership of a product currently in early stages of development. They will also have management of one direct report.The Senior Product Director will assist in development and execution of the professional education strategy and oversee the thoracolumbar portion of the trauma marketing promotion.The Senior Product Director will assist in development and execution of the professional education strategy and oversee the thoracolumbar portion of the trauma marketing promotion. A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. An MBA is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Product Marketing is required. Spine experience is preferred. Marketing skills including brand management, sales projections, positioning and competitive analysis are required. Sales experience is desirable. A minimum of 3 years experience developing and managing professional subordinates is required. Must have experience leading product development teams, setting strategic direction for product portfolio and managing physician/Key Opinion Leader relationships. Must be able to and have experience in managing multiple priorities, communicating effectively across the entire organization. Experience developing and executing professional education strategies are required. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills required. Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment is also required. This position requires working with cadavers.
