Senior Product Manager / Director, Allied Health Programs

Campus Support Center (Corporate Headquarters) - Santa Ana, CA Req #: 08-0514Position Summary: Senior Product management position within the Marketing Department; Key advocate for CCi students in our family of Allied Health programs, which includes Medical Assisting, Administration and Billing, Massage Therapy, Dental Assisting, Pharmacy Technician and high end health programs. The focus of the role is on revitalizing programs to grow CCi?s competitive position for the family of Allied Health programs in the industry. The ability to understand and follow broad Allied Health trends, and their impact on the Allied Health workforce requirements is a key aspect to this role. Specific responsibilities include: Ownership of CCi?s Allied Health programs from a product lifecycle perspective; Plan, develop and implement product strategy to respond to customer needs and market demands. Develop and execute marketing plans to support new program launches, working with Creative and Media planners within the Marketing department, taking into account operational, campus-based factors and general industry conditions. Perform research and analysis to answer fundamental marketing questions with the aim to increase enrollments, develop value proposition and support marketing collateral creation and media strategy, define product differentiators and unique features Requirements: Education: MBA preferred, or a combination of BS/BA and work experience.Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years experience in a product marketing or product line planning role in one of the following areas:? medical or allied health fields, Allied Health education (campus-based or online), consumer products, services industry (hospitality, leisure, finance), technology or pharmaceutical areas. Significant experience conducting competitive analyses, with direct experience working at a world class marketing organization. Experience working in large, cross-functional teams in short- and long-range product planning as well as marketing. Experience leading or managing a team, including mentoring and training team members in implementing strategic (long-range) as well as tactical (short-term) projects. A strong team player with the ability to think and act independently, while also working with diverse stakeholders across the company. Strategic thinker that is able to contribute at the executive team level. Blends quantitative skills with creativity when delivering marketing solutions. Energy and passion in learning new ideas, with an interest in education. Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively with little direct supervision. Comfortable with exploring and learning Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
