Senior System Developer

The Senior. System Developer in New Products and Services is responsible for the development and maintenance as well as the integration and support of software deliverables as assigned by the Director, New Products and Services (NPS).  This Sr. System Developer must possess superior technical ability and the ability to analyze complex problems as well as provide resolutions.  They must be able to operate in a project team environment. Responsibilties:*Analyze new software products and determine if these products will prove useful; determine how best to integrate them into development environment*Review user requirements to analyze and design software products  *Create initial drafts of functional and design documents or other documents needed to support the NPS  SDLC*Support project management and advise work efforts and estimate deliverables*Mentor, train and/or assist with problem solving where there expertise is applicable*Stay abreast of current technologies and issues that relate to products and development environment*Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management Great opportunity to join growing company in pharma/biotech industry and work in team-oriented environment on cutting edge technologies and where contributions are recognized and rewarded.Benefits include choice of medical plans, bonus program, matching 401k, and  25 days paid vacation!  Four year Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent2-4 years experience with Microsoft development and database products, especially those to support interactive web applications  Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, especially C#.NET and ASP.NET XML technologies Web Services SQL Server JavaScript 3-4 years experience with development and designStrong analytical skillsAbility to work with users and translate requirements into technical solutionsAbility to follow structured systems life cycle methodologies and produce required documentation deliverables 

Preferred: EDC experience IVRS experience Knowledge of clinical trial processes Experience in an FDA regulated environment Superior technical ability Ability to analyze complex problems and provide resolutions Ability to operate in project team environment
