Analyse non-standard problems and develop solutions to meet each problem. Work with other IT teams to develop and implement solutions to support business requirements. Participate in the testing and selection of infrastructure equipment. Plan and/or perform system upgrades to telecommunications infrastructure. Provide detailed documentation on the telecommunications infrastructure. Interface with providers to resolve connectivity issues. Education: 4 year degree preferredMinimum Work Requirements: 3-5 years experience Strong understanding of both analogue and digital telecommunications services including mobile tele'phony. Strong understanding of PABX switches and associated hardware, software and infrastructure. Detailed understanding of regulations pertinent to telecommunications services.
