Research and development areas encompass novel targets in neurological disorders, gastroenterology, oncology, infectious disease, diabetes, hematology, metabolic disorders, immunologic disorders, and reproductive medicineJohnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, L.L.C. is looking for a Senior eClinical Operations Analyst to contribute to the management and coordination of eClinical operational support planning and services, including effective delivery of support required for the successful implementation and use of EDC and eClinical technology on GCO clinical trials. Operational support includes but is not limited to global site assessment and provisioning, help desk, hosting, triage and resolution of escalated issues, and end-of-trial EDC/eClinical archival. Monitor operational support quality, and act as a GCO escalation point for emerging and/or critical support issues. Liaise between GCO and vendors regarding eClinical operational planning, infrastructure support, overall study conduct, and actively support effective collaboration and communication across GCO and R&D company stakeholders. Participate in cross study/cross functional meetings and projects and related to the conduct of eClinical trials. A minimum of a Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) required A Masters degree is preferred. A minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical or health care experience is required, 8 years or more is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of clinical operations experience required. Experience with eClinical operational planning and support preferred. Clinical operations expertise with in-depth understanding of clinical operations and eClinical processes, especially in the area of eClinical operational support. Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, and related industry guidance and best practices. Strong communication skills, including effective negotiation and active listening. Strong project management skills. 20% local travel (between Raritan, Chesterbrook and Titusville), plus 10% international travel is required.
