Our services include Corporate Real Estate, Shared Services, and Enterprise C This Communications Manager (CM) position will report to the National Managing Director (NMD) & Quality Lead (QL).  The CM will work in planning and developing internal and external communications.  The CM will also work to highlight the objective, vision and strategy for Services Quality.   Responsibilities -Ensure that Services Quality objective, vision and strategy is clearly defined and communicated to the organization  -Facilitate discussions with Services Quality leadership to define and maintain the communication strategy and plan -Ensure that communications are aligned with the communication strategy, are well orchestrated, and audience appropriate -Manages Services Quality web site structure, content and related initiatives -Collaborate with Services Quality management to communicate developments in respective areas -Manage staff, "borrowed" consulting staff, and part-time resources in the execution of the project and mentor them in relation to their career goals   Required skills & background -6 - 8 years of relevant leadership and communications experience -Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey messages in a concise manner -Ability to develop a strategic plan that includes the coordination, planning and management of an integrated internal and external communications objective, vision and strategy -Considerable knowledge of principles and practices as they pertain to communication needs of a large organization -Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or issues -Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to top leadership   Desired skills & background -Degree in Communications, Marketing, English or Business with expertise in communications practices -Experience with quality management standards and working in a large consulting/services based organization -Experience working in a distributed workplace (e.g., virtual teams, off-shore teams)About DeloitteDeloitte refersto one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
