Under the supervision of the Senior Site Manager or the Vice-President of Service Delivery, The Site Manager is self-directed on achieving successful results.  Primary Responsibilities Operational Management Manage site profit and loss statement; responsible for budget, reporting and attainment of metrics Coordinate order activity, monitor performance and manage revenue Ensure information sharing with Talent Acquisition and focus on leveraging all available sources, minimizing cost and maximizing results Manage affiliate vendors (when applicable) in accordance with negotiated guidelines Follow up on pay/bill related issues to insure timely resolution as well as assure client payments are made within 30 days or less Assist in the completion of feasibility/operational studies and analysis of sales opportunities Identify problem areas and review/recommend improvements (core Veritude and the client) Maintain complete and accurate documentation and data integrity of all site systems Implement corporate programs and initiatives to develop and strengthen relationships with the customer Interact regularly with other site managers and departments to share best practicesStaff Management Responsible for all aspects of managing including, but not limited to, performance management, hiring, coaching, development and load balancing Develop a fully operational and qualified staff by training on established policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal laws and guidelines Promote employee development and career growth through performance management Assure candidate management standards and protocols are being met or exceeded by team Work with team members to assign work and requisition priorities, check progress, address issues and recognize success Conduct quarterly bonus reviews and annual merit reviews Foster a work environment that will motivate and retain staff Relationship Management:  Develop a partnership with the client to ensure maximum business development, total customer satisfaction and employee retention Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner Advise and consult with business partners on workforce planning and resource issues Develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy to ensure the availability of qualified temporary employees in order to meet current and anticipated needs Monitor effectiveness of consulting relationship between hiring managers and staffing specialists Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Relationship Managers to ensure understanding and execution of client’s day to day business strategy Adress and Resolve temporary associate issues in a timely manner Design and implement creative solutions to staffing needs Develop programs and initiatives to strengthen relationships and ensure retention and redeployment (i.e. focus groups, satisfaction calls/surveys)Projects and Initiatives Lead, direct and participate in projects and company initiatives to drive the business forwardEducation and Experience: BS/BA in a related field is preferred.  5+ years related business experience with a minimum of 3 years recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a staffing agency setting.  Proven ability to focus on results and achieve goals.  Human resources and prior management experience required.  Skills and Knowledge:  Proven success in recruiting, hiring and placement of temporary associates Knowledge of lawful employment practices Knowledge of lawful interviewing and selection practices Business writing skills (policies, quarterly / annual reviews, performance objectives, marketing materials, etc.) Ability to understand financial concepts An aptitude for problem solving and conflict management Ability to prioritize and multi-task Excellent follow-through and attention to detail Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Adaptability,  flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change Ability to utilize technology as a tool for tracking and maintaining  employee/applicant information Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary Strong emphasis on customer service in a sales driven organization. Fidelity Investments is one of the world's largest providers of financial services, with custodied assets of more than $3.4 trillion, including managed assets of $1.6 trillion as of October 31, 2007.
