Site Payment Manager

PharmaLinkFHI is currently seeking a Site Payment Manager to oversee the invoices and payments associated with clinical trial participation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
With the assistance of a computerized accounting system, primary duties will include the following:

* Process Billing to Clients for Site Payments.
* Collection process if payments are not made within billing and/or contract guidelines.
* Enter Site Payments into our A/P System.
* Process checks for Site Payments.
* Coordinate Site Payments with Project Management Team.
* Prepares and updates necessary templates and other excel schedules.
* Prepares Site Payment reconciliations.
* Prepare Site Payments that are required to be processed through wire transfers.
* Track currency conversion (if applicable).
* Interacts with each division representative in relation to expenditures.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Familiar with a computerized general ledger accounting systems, preferably Costpoint
* Knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters effectively
* Ability to perform responsibilities independently and with minimal supervision
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Perform tasks with special attention to detail

CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ADA STANDARDS
* Very little physical effort required to perform normal job duties.

MINIMUM RECRUITMENT STANDARDS:
* Five years hands on experience in the accounting field and a BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance or an MBA.
* Experience with Costpoint (preferred) or other accounting software packages is required.

CLASSIFICATION:
This position is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act; employees are not eligible for overtime compensation.
