Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. (EES) develops and markets advanced medical devices for minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. The company focuses on procedure-enabling devices for the interventional diagnosis and treatment of conditions in general and bariatric surgery, as well as gastrointestinal health, gynecology and surgical oncology. At Ethicon Endo-Surgery, we work with surgeons and clinicians around the world to develop innovative medical devices that advance the medical industry. The Territory Sales Assistant position at EES is an excellent opportunity to learn the Ethicon Endo-Surgery product line and sales process from seasoned sales professionals in the field. As a Territory Sales Assistant, you will support a region by aiding in the expansion of the sales of Ethicon Endo-Surgery's medical products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction. In this role, the Territory Sales Assistant will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians. The TA will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology. Additionally, the TA will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action.
