Inventiv Health's client roster is comprised of 325 leading pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences and health care companies, including all top 20 pharmaceutical global manufacturers. We are seeking 10 Reimbursement Administrative professionals, a client services representative role, for a long term contract position with a phenomenal organization. These positions do have a likelihood of turning into a direct-hire.
Job Summary: Provide complex Reimbursement Service activities in a high call volume call center environment. Perform reimbursement investigations, data entry, and multiple tasks within specific PAP department.
Key Job Responsibilities:
(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following) Must be Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Must be able to speak, write and translate in both languages.
· Handle inbound/outbound reimbursement and PAP calls
· Perform extensive reimbursement counseling, including:
Private and government insurance investigation
Advocacy counseling
Research alternative payment options (third party payers)
Insurance and medical coding (ICD9, J coding)
· Assist with forms acquisition and completion
· Assist team in assuring phone and order entry coverage
· Print, mail and/or fax program correspondence
· Validate licensed practitioners
· Review applications
· Data enter applications for approval, denial or rejection
· Meet department data entry standards
· Assist in the measurement of performance against standards
· Meet department customer service, call and data entry standards
· Troubleshoot internal process, PAP caller, and customer issues
· Administer cost share program, if applicable
Job Qualifications:
Education
Required: High school degree or equivalent required
2 - 3 years in customer service, pharmaceutical, medical, insurance, call center, or related similar field
Preferred: 1+ year in Patient Services
Strong knowledge of customer service operations
Strong knowledge of government and private insuranceSkills
Required: Customer focused
Fast and accurate data entry
Clear, pleasant speaking voice
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to handle high call volume
Ability to handle multiple tasks and troubleshoot issues
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Team player/consensus builder
Ability to interact with a diverse group
Project management skills
