Position Description:

Employee Relations SpecialistKV Pharmaceutical seeks an Employee Relations Specialist. The successful candidate will provide support in the development, implementation, and daily administration of proactive employee relations initiatives. You will assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee and management complaints and conflicts, including compliance matters. The incumbent will support and administer progressive discipline procedures, act as an employee advocate, and assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. We are seeking an individual who will assist in developing, implementing, and documenting performance improvement plans, and communicate various employment laws, regulations and organizational policies. You will conduct research on laws, regulations, and policies as necessary with various employee relations initiatives. If you can investigate employee complaints, issues and concerns regarding employment practices, report results to management, and assist with resolution apply today. We are seeking an individual who can compile, analyze, and maintain various reports related to employee relations and compliance activities, including corrective actions, compliance hotline, and turnover, communicate trends or potential problem areas, and assist management in interpreting and utilizing data for decision-making. You will perform administrative functions including preparing accurate correspondence, answering telephone, calendar management, filing and record retention, printing and copying, faxing, and preparing for meetings and training sessions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior or related field plus a minimum of three years of experience working in employee relations including conducting in-depth investigations and communicating directly with management is required. If you have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, can effectively handle difficult and/or sensitive people and situations with tact and diplomacy, and have knowledge of human resources practices, including compliance, discipline, corrective action, and employee relations including basic knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements apply today.
