Our Client:

 Is a fully integrated specialty pharmaceutical company consisting of multiple divisions. The Company has a presence in 65 countries with over 1000 sales representatives and is committed to improving the health of consumers worldwide.

 

Position:

O/S sales position available. This role will require employees to call on specialists vs. primary care doctors within a designated territory. Territory consists of Detroit Michigan South and will require 2-3 overnights per month. Candidates must live within territory boundaries. Territory consists of Dearborn Heights, Dearborn, Taylor, Wyandotte, Wood haven, Gibraltar, Flat Rock, Monroe, Luna Pier, and Toledo. Position will have you working individually vs. in pods thus allowing you to maximize bonus based on your performance rather than your teams’ performance. 

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience with significant accomplishments and achievements. Past hires have come from a wide variety of different sales fields with Fortune 1000 companies. (ADP; Office Max; Black and Decker; Pepsi Bottling Group;  Pitney Bowes/Imagistics; Xerox/agents; telecommunication sales; Sysco FoodService; Gallo Wine.)

 

Candidates must be STABLE (i.e. 2 positions in 5 years; 1 ½ - 2 years in your current position). Seeking candidates with strong leadership potential to move into District Sales Training and Management in 3-5+years.

BA/BS Degree with a 3.0-3.2 overall GPA during college.

 

Candidates need to have a 'brag book' of their achievements & accomplishments to show during the interview process.

 

$50,000-$60,000 Base Salary-(DOE) + Bonus $20,000-$30,000+ (1st year) & a company car. Clean DMV; no DUI or reckless driving.
