Job ID: PN08-02 Position Title: Specialty Sales Representative, PainWorking Location: TX, S DallasEmployment Status: Full-TimeRequired Experience: 2 yearsRequired Education: Bachelors DegreeTravel Required: YesJob Description:This position is responsible for the sales and promotion of branded pharmaceuticals to healthcare providers.The essential duties of this position include but are not limited to:• Achieving annual sales results of specified products compared to the district, region and company as measured by IMS/NDC Health Source data.• Making high quality sales presentations to pain management specialists and other health-care professional; promoting brand-name prescription drugs.• Making high quality sales calls on all appropriate trade accounts to ensure maximum territory management, i.e., pharmacy, hospital and managed care, including cold calls with doctors and pharmacies.• Attention to all regulatory and compliance issues, especially as it relates to PHARMA Guidelines and OIG policies.• Effectively implementing product promotional strategies and tactics as outlined in the quarterly POA. • Effectively manage by achieving call coverage and developing strong, professional relationships in assigned territory• Accurately completing required weekly, monthly or special reports, expense reports and preparation for POA meetings.• Complying with all established company policies and procedures for sample accountability.• Maintaining and being accountable for all provided company property, i.e., company fleet car, physician lists and call records, manuals, textbooks, and other assigned items or equipment.• Overnight travel expected, possible up to 20%. King is looking for candidates with a four-year college degree, exceptional communication skills, and a solid record of previous experience and sucess in outside sales. Candidates must currently live with the territory geography.
