We are currently looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our organization. This person would be responsible for identifying potential candidates through various recruitment methods. The ideal candidate will offer experience within pharma R&D recruitment along with proven success. This is a position for a highly motivated individual who is seeking a challenging new role to assist us in staffing our national clientele. Areas of focus include: Clinical, Medical Writing, Data Management, Safety, Regulatory, Biostatistics, SAS Programming and Scientific.
Requirements
What we are looking for in candidates:Bachelors Degree in any discipline – along with 2-3yrs of R&D staffing with full life cycle recruitment experienceAbility to establish relationships, self motivated and managedComfortable working with many personality types Strong Communication skills Good Computer skills
