THIS IS A CONTRACT TO PERM OPPORTUNITY

This position will function as the Technical Lead Engineer for large batch automation projects. You will be responsible for Functional Requirements Definition, Detailed Design, Implementation work practices, Testing strategy development and oversight on your project. As the Lead Engineer you will coordinate Control Engineers and Software Technicians in addition to supporting sales activities & strategy with key accounts providing technical solutions to customers.

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering and have a minimum of 5+ years experience with batch automation. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING PROJECTS OVER $1 MILLIONCandidates must have some experience in process automation control systems engineering experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and process control knowledge in Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries. Specific knowledge of cGMP, batch process control in life science industry with validation experience is a plus. Have utilized at least one of the following software: Delta V, Allan Bradley, or RockwellCandidate must have the ability to estimate engineering projects and be able to author detailed work scope definitions for insertion into sales proposals. Project Management experience and Engineering Management experience is a strong plus
