Job Purpose: To develop and implement the imaging strategy at the compound and study lev-els in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.Major Activities DESCRIPTION/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop the imaging strategy at the compound and study levels in the cardiovas-cular therapeutic area in collaboration with Translational Medicine and Research Provide description of imaging activities (including study design, image acquisi-tion, and image analysis plans) for clinical development plans and clinical study protocols Develop translational imaging paradigms and implement in clinical trials in col-laboration with Research Direct the imaging activities for clinical trials using internal operational support and external service providers Identify, develop, and/or acquire novel cardiovascular imaging methods and im-plement in clinical trialsQualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:" Technical/Scientific Credibility: PhD or MD/PhD. 1-3 years experience in clinical imaging research post education. Expertise in nuclear cardiology and/or cardiovascular MRI. Demonstrated track record of innovative research. Drug de-velopment experience and translational research experience are desirable.
