Lumenis Ltd. develops, manufactures and markets state-of-the-art proprietary laser and intense pulsed light devices. Its systems are used in a variety of aesthetic, surgical and ophthalmic applications, including skin treatments, hair removal, non-invasive treatment of vascular lesions and pigmented lesions, acne, ENT, gynecology, urinary lithotripsy, benign prostatic hyperplasia, open angle glaucoma, secondary cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, and refractive eye correction, as well as neurosurgery.







Position

Senior Financial analyst supporting executives and managers within the strategic business units in all aspects of finance and analysis.

Coordinate and develop end to end financial plans for the company’s business units in conjunction with the development of the annual operating plan for the corporation.

 Analyze monthly and quarterly actual results, provide comparative analysis with budget and provide detailed explanations for variances to budget.

Prepare monthly and quarterly analytical reports, including updated forecasts for the remainder of the quarter and year

Position will be part of the Global FP&A and the N. America Finance group, working closely with accounting and operations.

Position requires interaction with colleagues throughout the company for information flow an analysis.

Support Business units’ leaders on special projects and proposals with the goal of maximizing profitability and process improvement.

 

Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop the Annual Operating Plan for the Companies Strategic Business Units.Perform a monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget and quarterly forecastingPerform other financial analysis as required related to the business

 

Qualifications4-5 years of experience in financial, planning and analysis, MBA a plus and an advantageExperience in  high tech manufacturing environment and working with sales organizationsStrong experience in SAP ERP (CO-PA modules), Excel, PowerPointExperience in SAP report writer, Microsoft access is an advantageExcellent computer spreadsheet and data analysis skillsStrong financial planning and modeling skills including evaluation of business units forecast by revenue and expense line itemsExperience in interacting and presenting to executive management with excellent communication skillsCandidate must have strong analytical skills and be a creative and out-of–the-box thinkerSelf-directed and a team work employee with the ability to prioritize tasksStrong work ethic with ability to work flexible hours as neededPosition located in Santa Clara California
